Are Wills made using the Original Malaysian Legal Will Kit legal in Malaysia?

The Original Malaysian Legal Will Kit is an estate and financial planning tool that helps and instructs people to write their own Will legally and confidentially.

This Will Kit is designed by ICCON and written by Dr. Kenneth Khoo, a practicing Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, who specializes in estate planning and financial services and practices out of the offices of Vello & Associates in Penang.

This Will Kit contains:
1. A concise and easy to understand Instruction Manual that will completely teach you how to write your own Will yourself;

2. Two (2) Solicitor-prepared blank Will Forms that once properly filled in and executed, will become a valid and binding Will in the eyes of the Malaysian Courts

3. A Bonus Instruction Manual for Executors that explains the correct and most efficient ways the Executor can carry out his or her duties

4. A Protective Will Folder to complement and protect the Will over time

5. A Will Location Card to properly identify the location that the Will-maker has kept his Will in

Apart from being written by a parcticing lawyer, this Will Kit together with its Will Forms and other contents within the Kit were also vetted by other legal practitioners to certify its applicability and its usability within Malaysia.
